  3. Good to know

Bunny is a European edge platform known for fast delivery and straightforward pricing. Two of its products fit naturally next to your servers: Bunny DNS for your zones and Bunny Storage for files. Rocketeers connects to both with a single API key.

What you get with Bunny

  • Bunny DNS zones and records managed from Rocketeers.
  • The Accelerated flag on records shown as proxied, so you can see which records go through Bunny's edge.
  • Bunny Storage zones created and managed from Rocketeers.
  • Storage credentials ready to place in your application's environment.

How the integration works

Copy the account API key from your Bunny dashboard under account settings and add it to Rocketeers. Rocketeers then uses the Bunny API to list your DNS zones and read and write records, and to create and manage storage zones. When you add a site, its DNS records can be set up in the same step. When a site needs file storage, Rocketeers creates the zone and gives you the details your application needs.

Good to know

  • The account API key has access to your entire Bunny account, so keep it safe and rotate it if needed.
  • Bunny bills you directly for DNS queries, storage and traffic. Rocketeers never resells either.

Bunny stays your account, on your bill. Rocketeers, the control panel for your own cloud, connects to it with your own credentials.
