Spaceship is a domain registrar with a modern dashboard and a developer friendly API. If you register domains there, Rocketeers can manage their DNS records and keep an eye on the registrations themselves, so renewals never come as a surprise.

• DNS records for your Spaceship domains created, updated and removed from Rocketeers.
• Domain registrations imported with expiry dates and renewal prices.
• DNS for a new site set up in the same flow as the site.
• An overview of upcoming renewals next to the sites that depend on them.

#How the integration works

Open the API Manager in your Spaceship account, create an API key with access to domains and DNS records, and add the API key and API secret to Rocketeers. Rocketeers then imports your registrations through the Spaceship API, including renewal prices, and reads and writes DNS records whenever you add or move a site.

#Good to know

• Rocketeers imports registrations but does not register, renew or transfer domains. That stays in your Spaceship account.
• Spaceship lets you choose permissions per key, so a key with only domain and DNS access is enough.
• Spaceship bills you directly. Rocketeers never resells domains.
